How to view the items which were ordered by the customer?

In order to view the items ordered by the customer, you have to follow a simple process.

Step 1: Click on Reports

On the left side of the screen, you will see this option. 

Step 2: Click on Order Reports 

Once you click on Reports, you will be able to see a list of dropdowns. Click on Order Reports to see all customer details on your screen.

Step 3: Click on Details

Now, simply scroll the bar and click on Details to view the ordered items.

NOTE: You can also check the fulfilment status of the orders under order details.
