How to Access Chatbot’s WhatsApp Profile Settings

This article will guide you in accessing the settings related to WhatsApp Profile related to Bot, which includes WhatsApp Profile Picture of Bot, and description of the Bot.
These settings are exclusively available to WhatsApp Bot. The WhatsApp bot has a WhatsApp icon on the top right of the picture of the chatbot.

Step 1:- Accessing WhatsApp Users Page

On the chatbot, click on the 3 Dot menu, and select the WhatsApp Users option.

It will lead to the WhatsApp Users page.

Step 2:- Accessing the WhatsApp Profile Settings page

On the WhatsApp Users page, click on the WhatsApp Users page, click on Actions, and Select the WhatsApp Profile Settings.

It will lead to the Bot’s WhatsApp Profile setting page.

Step 3:- Update Chatbot’s WhatsApp Profile

The WhatsApp Profile setting provides options to modify the details of the Bot which will be visible on WhatsApp.

The WhatApp Profile details which can be modified in the bot are:-
1. WhatsApp Profile’s Display Picture (WhatsApp DP)
2. WhatApp Bot Status
3. Email address which will be visible in the WhatsApp bot
4. Address of the Company visible in the WhatsApp bot
5. Description visible in the WhatsApp bot
6. Two websites visible in the WhatsApp bot
